Explore Youtube for kindergarten read alouds. (Dr. Seuss, Eric Carle, Pete the Cat, fairytales, nursery rhymes, etc.) Make sure to ask and answer question about the stories along the way and when your are done listening to a story, have your child draw a picture about part of the story.

I have provided a link for one of my favorite books to read to my class. We read it several times a year and the kids absolutely love it! I hope you enjoy (Sidenote: this lady is me reading this book! HaHa!)
